Local (Kenya)

We dispatch our orders with Fargo Courier from Nairobi Monday to Saturday. All orders are dispatched after 2pm on Monday-Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Waybill numbers are supplied in our order dispatch confirmation email for all orders shipped with Fargo Courier. You can track your order by searching your tracking number on the Fargo Courier website.

During checkout, in the Shipping section, if a customer selects the wrong shipping location and lists an address in a different location for delivery the order will not be dispatched until the the balance is paid. Our team will communicate with customers if this problem is detected within their order.

Shipping rates are listed in the Shipping section during checkout.

Orders that are dispatched and cannot be delivered due to no communication from the recipient (not responding to calls or messages) will be returned to us and the next shipping attempt will be charged to the customer.

If an order is placed after 2pm it will only be dispatched the following day at 2pm.

 

International

We provide international shipping for overseas purchases. Packages are shipped by our partner DHL Express. Your live order tracking number is sent via email once DHL have collected the package from our workshop. Payment of all duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and vary according to where you are located. International shipping costs cover transport charges only.
